This morning was pretty odd, as i woke up and there was a metal wine bucket on my desk, and i know i wasnt drinking wine last night in my room, let alone do i have a wine bucket in my house lol, then i remembered the goings on from the previous night, it was a friends birthday celebration in a bar but i was also celebrating finishing uni for the summer, but i know for a fact i didnt drink that much that i was fucked up (UPDATE: there were some shots that were taken that may have led to me doing stupid things) but that still didnt explain why i have this bucket in my room this morning, the peeps i was with were taking the small shot wine glass thingys and i must have thought that wasnt big enough, so i must have decided to take the big metal wine bucket, whist saying this is my trophy, i covered it in my hood and my friends jacket and carried it out as we were getting kicked out of the bar as it was closing time, at that point i took the bucket out and show everyone, and they were all like why, and i was like why not, even sung "championies championies, ole ole ole!" with the bucket raised in the air as if i just won it, as we just hanging about outside the bar this probably wasnt a good move, as 2 ladies that work in there first tried to take it out of my hands, before one of them said we work in there and the other one said she is the manager, im bit like ok... however the one that spoke first seemed just like she was the bar staff, and she asked me why do have this?, my response "erm... it was a accident?" being very quizicle as i said it, then some of us started making our ways home, i cant tell what i looked like last night carrying this bucket home, but right now i can probably say i was a idiot lol,

anyway least im done for the summer well at least till August and however many exam retakes i have to do, and this month has been packed with blog posts, this is the 11th posting of the month. looks like i wasnt entirely bored of posting blogs again, hehe, more to come, anyway im out now,

yup 2 days, 2 days till what you may ask? well readers it is 2 days till my summer officially kicks off, (thats only if you read my blogs the day i post them, if your reading this and its not wednesday 28th may, then im probably already started my summer haha) despite being off lectures for 2 weeks as you may know from previous posts, ive had coursework tasks and revision to be doing like i should now,

havnt done much since my last post beside create a "Mega Point" no i did not create the ultimate poking device although that would be pretty damn awesome if i did just like when they did it in Friends, no i created the Ultimate Powerpoint hence Mega Point, i combined all my lecture notes for one module into one powerpoint and printed it out, it ended up being 502 slides, and when i printed it out 6 slides to one page, it ended up printing on 85 pages, lets just say the printing took about 15 minutes and it did seem like the task at hand was murdering my printer lol,

with 2 exams in the next 2 days you would think the university website with the lecture notes would be working fine, but noooo its been down for the last few days, and possibly apparently according to others it wont be fixed till next week. so i officially have someone to blame other than myself woohooo shifting blame woooo,

Monday and Tuesday saw me reading my lecture notes well i say read more like highlight and clearly didnt take anything in, so Wednesday fully well knowing that the Uefa Champions league final was on in the evening and Manchester United was playing Chelsea, i thought maybe i should do a bit more revision, so i downloaded the past paper on the university website, there 2 sections one where you write short answers and the other was a essay, i knew i stood no chance with the esssay an knew the bulk of my mark on thursday would come from the short answer questions, so i answered the short answer questions which basically was copy out my notes lol, and then did nothing for the rest of the day revision wise, during the day i get a call asking if i wanna go watch the game down the pub, first i was bit i got a exam tomorrow maybe i shouldnt and also what if we lose i dont wanna get put to shame lol, in the end i went anyway, as i clearly said from the out point im most likely to fail this exam and will have to retake it in the summer, so i went to the packed out pub to watch the game and the game was tense and nail biting at times, especially during the penalty shootout when Ronaldo got his penalty saved, but the game was saved by John Terry slipping and hitting the post with his penalty anyway long story short Man Utd when on to win, and the place went crazy as chelsea fans that were in the pub muttered under there breath, which was hillarious, its one of those momments where your gonna remember for the rest of your life, like i remember when man utd won the champions league in 1999, i was helping my dad paint the ceiling in the kitchen when the greatest 2 mins of injury time took place, this time i will remember being in the pub high fiving random strangers,

a quick rant on smokers and weak bladders, when your in a packed out place during a game with epic consequences dont get up and try and get through the crowd, and if you do dont expect to return to where you once were, its fucking annoying, if u require to smoke and have a weak bladder stay at home or watch it in a outdoor place, i say this coz a woman must have walked past me about 6 times and just so u get a idea of how much space i had i couldnt stretch my arms infront of me, imagine your arms bent and close to your body, thats how much space i had, anyway at one stage when i had to attempt to make space for this woman she and her breast walked into my elbow, and then has the nerve to look at me as if im in the wrong, no bitch your in the wrong for walking yourself and your breast into my elbow,

Thursday saw me take my Molecular Biology module for my course and lets just say the best way to put it i walked into the exam room with a hangover and clearly had no idea why i turned up, but i went through with the exam with the "best" of my ability at the time, answered as much as i could evan took the time to ask for a dictionary and draw in my answer booklet, i could have just upped and left when i was done but i didnt wanna be the first one to leave, then i get one of the invidulators staring at me with the look on her face that im cheating, at one point i was like what ive got my hands on my head how could i possibly be cheating, the normal thing to do when you catch someone staring at you is normally to blink to break that contact or just simply look away, but when you do foolish things like myself in exam rooms, you stare them out lol which i did,

a quick posting today as you probably are now thinking oh he probably just lost interest in blogging again, well you would be wrong, im not ive just been really busy "revising"which basically means ive printed my lecture notes gone highlighting crazy, whislt taking long arsed breaks to watch various tv programs such as Lost, Greys Anatomy, How i met your mother, Smallville and of course the Apprentice, i wont post any spoilers for those who have yet to watch the latest episodes and if you dont watch any of them you should

as i have paid no attention in class for the last 4-5 months and made notes basically my knowledge going into this exam will be comming from the powerpoint lecture notes, and ive highlighted as ive read them (image on the right didnt come out so well and i cant really be arsed to take a better one but you get the idea), and on most pages ive highlighted the whole page whereas others i coudnt give a crap eg the powerpoint on plants, i say fuck plants! and there complicated nature,

anyway im most more than likely going to have to retake this exam in the summer anyway, lol i stand no chance in this exam, but theres always a fools hope to try,

so happy today, after a nervy nail biting 90mins as the Premier League title race came right down to the wire, and Manchester United won the title this afternoon and i feel so happy and relieved and especially as Chelsea didnt win there game today either to add insult to injury Bolton scored forcing a draw, a great way to end a fantastic premiership season, Manchester United were clearly the best team this season, Chelsea havnt been playing the best football all season and really shouldnt have been in the position they were in today, that being said all credit to them for getting where they got, but they dont write the name of the runner up on the trophy :D now for the champions league final on the 21st of May however i have a exam the next day so this could be weird

also Fantasy Football, we have been playing since late August 2007, and today i won our Fantasy football league, being mid table arround the midway point of the season to come back and win it in the last few weeks of season, making it a great comeback win,below is the league table it hasnt got the final standings but have i done my calculations correct i should have about 2037 pts in total finishing up this years football fantasy season on top, Key Players in my fantasy team for 2007/2008 is obviously Ronaldo,

Wooooo the weekend is finally here, or at least i will be saying that after my coursework deadline on Monday, no visual aids today sorry lol,

Wednesday

Walking into University having not completed everything i set out to do, i had completed my Lab Book some what that also goes for my lab report, so i get in find out everyone is hanging about in the library, so i go in there, yes i go in there, i suppose its a bit like the devil walking into Heaven, lol bit of a exxageration there lol, anyway i find i have 2 hours to deadline and 4 hours till the timed essay, so i decide im gonna quickly do some work to my lab report adding a paragraph here and there and it was complete, and then i hand in my work,

then i return to the library, thinking maybe i can get my creative side flowing and once again attempt essay 2, but rather do that i had a source give my essay 2 (wink wink) although this source clearly was a nerd and chances of me me remembering what was written zero, so i decide, if this was the apprentice it would have been a project manager decision lol but its not the apprentice, i decided regardless of what question comes up im gonna write what i have already planned out,

well funny thing the question i prepared for came up, well i say prepared more like half arsed prepared for, anyway i have written all i had to write about 10 minutes into the timed essay exam, achievement 1 page and a half, and as i wasnt allowed to leave i proceeded to draw in my question booklet, longest 50 minutes ever, on a side note there was a big ass fly flying about in the room, that many who quite like myself gave up tried Karate Kid'ing it up amd trying to catch the fly,

Thursday and Friday,

Kinda merge this into one section basically went drinking lol, Thursday was off uni, and i should have really started on My second Lab book assignment due in next monday, but i didnt i choose to drink in the great weather we are currently having :D. the day would have been good had more people came, there was only 2 of us drinking in a outdoor pub, and not to mention this pub as good as its outdoors was kinda left my wallet feeling like it was abused after ordering food from the bbq area, £6 for a friggen burger mind you it was pretty decent burger but not £6 worthy, and also its not like it evan came with chips, it came with a side of green lettace and potato salad, again still not £6 worthy, so just for abusing my wallet i decided to abuse the ketchup consumption on my plate evan tho it really made no difference lol

Friday i went to Uni basically to go through the lab work with my lab partners, and well i thought i would be going to the lectures but turns out i didnt what a turn of events lol, i was sitting in the SU Bar watching "Greys Anatomy" on my Ipod Touch, and what more of a waste of a day was waiting arround for the lab partner to come in only for him to come in as i had to leave as i was to meet some people for drinks, yes more drinks lol, Make it to the same bare as the day before baring in mind not to go near the BBQ, drank with silightly more people today, also drank a bit more than i intended to, Drank 2 bottles of Magners which i thought that was it for the day, when i was bought a another bottle of Bulmers which many people say taste the same as Magners it clearly doesnt but at that time i dont think i would have noticed the difference as it was hot and i was hungry lol, then to top that off the girls were struggling to finish the final pitcher of pimms which started to drink from the Jug via 2 straw lol, so i drank half a pitcher of that and was clearly feeling a bit tipsy as we decided to leave a glide or stumble to down Parkway down to KFC lol, and KFC Gravey need i say more :D then i made my way home lol, which was quite the effort lol, and came home and gave myself an hour or two before i attempted to blog and record the events from the past few days

anyways im out for now, possibly more postings during the weekend possibly updating my progress on my lab book, 5 reports to do, however this time not as crazy as the last lab book that needed doing, baring in mind i recieved a concussion in one of the practicals that need to be done in the lab book i think they may be leinient, or least thats a fools hope

ok well im pretty much done my lab reports discussion officially sucks monkey anus, but thats the best i can do, now im going to make a start on my 2 class essays hmmm how fun, last minute cramming session arnt they the best LOL, looks like i got a interesting night of reading a text book and trying to remember definitions, yay me lol,

like i promised coke/pepsi can pyramid, and Gemma dont mock the cans of achievement (and yes you got another mention)some would say there a work of art, and yes i named it the cans of achievement, and theres a story behind it but i havnt quite come up with it yet,

that 30minute break has turned into a nearly 2hour break has i have yet to resume working, well i tried but im clearly too tired to evan do so, Windows XP Servicepack 3 is installing in the background and i have no idea why its taking so long, grrr,

its sunday, and i should be working on the mountain of university coursework that ive let build up since February, arnt i a smart one lol,

to do by wednesday, so that should be fun, yet i find myself still wasting time of course im wasting evan more by blogging right now, its one of those where you find yourself browsing the web instead of doing what your suppose to be doing, and saying oh ill start in 30mins that 30mins then turns into an hour, then 2 hours and then next thing you know its tomorrow is today lol. anyways im gonna attempt to climb this mountain of work,

stapled sheets into lab book, normally doesnt take that long, but it did, also probably cause i was catching the end of liverpool vs manchester city, i dont really care about either team but, it had fantasy football implications, a seperate blog will be done in a week when the football and fantasy football season is over, anyway that took a while, still got some introductions to produce and actually make an attempt at doing a calculation which i am not looking forward to doing, damn you "transformational efficiency" had this explained to me 3 times today and i still dont get it, now ive complained in the past about having to explain things 3 times to the same person however i didnt do that i went 2, 3 different people just to cover my self from contradicting myself

final update as i dont intend on doing anymore work at least till morning, and i havnt done no extra work since my last update, so not a very productive evening, had dinner arround 8ish and then played some GTA:IV that game seriously could not have came out at a worse time, i remember a time during my A Levels GTA: Vice City had just come out which played havoc on my revision for those, lol anyway arround 10:30 i like to say i took a nap but chances are i probably crashed out after a hell of alot of caffiene today on the right shows my drink can pyramid im started to build hehe, only to wake up at 1:15am realising firstly im not in my room, and secondly ive wasted more time

well after last night, i fell asleep arround 4-5 am and woke up about 8:30 hoping at least i got up at 10 but oh wells, i dont evan understand that, my mind was telling me to go back to sleep, yet my body was like GET UP IM AWAKKKE lol, anyway work should re-commence at about 11-12, and i i will start on the lab report, and hopefully tonight i will make a start on the 2 Essays, about 2 pages for each,

no work started as of yet, went out to get a haircut, just got in and as of right now im watching the new episodes of Family Guy, and American Dad, and did a few more missions on gta IV i can now say that im 10% complete on that lol which is an achievement on its own given i have a deadline on wednesday LOL,

done some work towards my lab practical write up, have written the Title, the Aim (a mighty impressive aim i tell ya) a method and 2 result tables, now i have to write up a decent introduction and do some calculations as well as finally writting up the discussion and conclusion to a practical i have no clue what it was or why we did it, and whether or not the results obtained are good or bad, well i know my results were bad partly cause during the practical it didnt work so me and my lab partner decided to average the class data by eye and make up are results and put them on the board, looks like im working pretty smoothly that i might have this lab report done at some point tonight should i not get distracted again,

done more work, lab book is pretty much complete just have to attempt a few workshop questions in there, and the lab report is almost done, with just the introduction, discussion and conclusion now needed, gonna take a another break as i think i require some more drink lol, what i hoped that the essays that need to be prepared look like they may be done tomorrow, rather than later tonight i am probably right now after going to shop to get some more drink possibly to add to my ever so growing pyramid that i will watch a bit more family guy hehe, although no more GTA:IV till wednesday evening when i wind down and get ready for another intensive coursework session for another module :(

you would think with less than 24 hours id be panicking alot more in trying to get my 2 essays ready for a timed essay tomorrow well it appears im not, wasting a hell of a lot of time today, however just about ready start writing up my discussion for my lab report as the introduction is all done now, and the essays can be done tonight, most would think thats fairly impossible but its possible as the timed essay tomorrow is only 1 hour long, and there is only so much to write in 1 hour so all i have to do is make sure my plans are straight to the point so when i get in there tomorrow depending on which question the lecturer chooses i know what im doing, oh and the pyramid of cans of pepsi and coke will actually resemble a pyramid soon, pics later, final update tonight stay tuned,

This really should have been my first post of my new blog but i forgot really, i dunno how i did partly cause this story involved me going to have to go Hospital,

i must have told this story a hell of alot now, one cause people keep asking it and two cause the story itself now has a case of chinese whispers (remember the game as a child when you would whisper something and then message would get relayed through people and various aspects of the message or evan the whole message would change)

it was friday afternoon on the 18th April 08, and once again im in the lab doing another exciting experiment (note the sarcasm) the practical was going well, when i say it was going well i mean i was doing as little as possible to contribute to the group especially that day i was having wisdom tooth growing pains, this is the weird part, i sat on a wooden stool, and put my feet up on its leg rest thing, and my foot went right through it as it came off and broke, i jumped off as soon as i heard the wood hit the floor and moved the seat. so later it got to the point where my group had to calculate something, and Manny was nowhere near his workstation infact i was wondering arround the lab talking to people my excuse i was looking for a new stool... when my lab partner yells at me "Manny, stop being mean and come here and do the calculation"

i hurry over and sit on the broken stool, next thing i know as this all happened in a slight blur, im suddenly falling, trying to grab whatever i can to stop myself falling, tried to grab the table and evan my lab partner then BOOM (sounds like John Madden or good ole J.R) i hit my head on the table behind me, and possibly once again on the floor, and next thing i remember is me laying on the floor underneath the table i banged my head on with the broken stool arround my legs, and hearing girls say manny are you ok, are you ok manny, im underneath the table thinking omg did this really happen, and thinking how do i style this out that i look cool, and there were only 2 ways this could be done, go for the moron approach and style it out and do press ups and sit ups, or go for the sympathy role, i chose to go with neither instead i just sat up and tried to catch my bearings and proceeded to tell everyone im fine,

i then got up, and finished the calculation at hand, yes i evan finished what i was doing with a ice pack held on the back of my head and neck, evan though i kept insisting i was fine, i was told i had to go Accident and Emergency, i really didnt want to i just wanted to get home and sleep, but the University made me fill out a form and then paid for a taxi to take me to a nearby hospital, i get myself checked out turns out the blow to the head led me to get a mild concussion and whiplash,

hmm just set up my blog account about an hour ago, and ive already got something i want to comment on,

today was pretty much a waste of a day, it was a pretty usual day to start with,
i didnt have to get up early for university this morning and it felt good to lay in, and i did manage to get my ipod touch ready and loaded for today lectures with episodes of Lost and Greys Anatomy and evan 30 rock, and i managed to sucessfully watch 30 mins of Lost during my lecture whislt pausing every now and again to look like im paying attention, the second hour of the lecture i didnt go to partly cause i couldnt be bothered and evan more so when the lecturer who was taking us for the second hour suggested we move from the lecture room we were in as the computer wasnt working and move to a room which had a working computer, so he could read out his powerpoint pshhh , anyway i found my way into the Student Union Bar (SU: Bar) and decided to play pool rather than go to my lecture,

once it hit 2pm my day got worse and irrating, i had a practical session in the laboratory today, which is already annoyed me cause i just wanted to get the hell out of university and go home, but i had to do this stupid crap, so anyway long story short the people i was working with decided to spray me with water with pippettes, ok im not one to complain as if anyone knows me or has read any of my previous blogs on myspace i do like to have some fun and mess about in the lab, but you know when someone does it once its funny, twice it might still hold its comedy value but surely by the time it hits 5 time your on the verge of snapping, and because they were girls i wasnt gonna lose my cool and snap, i could have i really could have i could have targeted one of them who clearly looked like they were shaving there chin but i didnt go there i thought about it but didnt again i repeat i didnt, so im leaving uni already slightly annoyed,

but it doesnt end there, my day gets crappier, im walking home from uni with a few friends and we reach the train station, and i see my train pull into the station so i decide rather than wait for the others to finally catch up with the pack for goodbyes, to tell someone to pass on a message that i said bye and ran for my train, yes i ran for my train very uncharacteristic for someone that takes pride in being lazy, just made it to the train in time as the doors closed as i jumped into the train, and it started to move off, and at that point im still trying to catch my breath and the train has just moved less than 100 meters, and a mass panic on the train takes place, people are running towards the front of the train, screaming, yelling for the train to stop, and im thinking to myself wtf is going on as im still trying to catch my breath, and it became a apparent by the 2 Barbie Whores that in the middle carriage black smoke was comming out from underneath the train or something i cant remember really what they were saying i was doing my best to try and block out the 2 barbie whores, anyway the train remained stationary for an hour, before a decision was made that it was safe enough to bring the train back so everyone could get out, had i waited and not ran i probably would have got home alot earlier than i did oh well shit happens,

Firstly lemme introduce myself, i am Manny and as of today which is the 2nd May 2008 i am aged 21 living in London England, and currently attending University on a bio medical science course which is no fun at all lol,

i once upon a time had a blog on myspace, which had some readers who were pretty much my friends on myspace which i rather had to force to read lol,

anyway my orginal myspace blog, was about funny and stupid stuff that may have occured during my random train rides to university on the silver link which now known as the overground, also me ranting on idiots or issues that have bugged me during the day,
