well the past week, ive been in Delaware, which was a 6hour drive from where i am staying in New York which i didnt particulary enjoy being in the car for long periods of time, its not like sitting in a plane for 7hours when you can at least stand up walk about, anyway this trip i kept drifting in and out of sleep, once we got settled in the house that was rented, we went out and caught some 4th of July Fireworks down by the beach, we ended up parking a mile or 2 away from the beach as we figured it be impossible to find parking that night, which was most deffinetly true, anyway something about fireworks that makes everyones inner child come out and just go ooooo lol, was fun, maybe not the long walk back to the car, with bloody mosquitos out to attack,
the next day, we went to the beach, and when we arrived there i noticed everyone was being told by the lifeguard to stay away from the water, i thought what? is there a shark? no, it was a dolphin it was a pretty cool sight to see. the next day we went to another beach it was pretty much a beach week, although this day was so hot, i mean really hot that when you stepped on the sand you burnt your foot lol, that day me and cousins spent most of the time jumping into waves, and being wiped out by them too, washing out on the shore lol where all the shells and stones rest which isnt fun to land on, i got nailed by a giant wave as i thought lets jump into it with my hip just another split wrong decision ive made lol, i got completly taken out must have done a 2 complete 360 flips before being washed out, that minor panic people may get when you jump into a deep end of a pool and you cant feel the bottom of the pool so you immediatly struggle to get to the top imagine that whislt being spun by a wave lol, the end of it i ended up with a few cuts and bruises on my knees and back, at one point a wave hit me knocked me over onto the shells and before i could get up 2 more waves hit me, triple the pain, lol
i took the next day off and stayed at home, as i just couldnt take another day at the beach, the next day we went Jet Ski'ing which i have to say i didnt exactly want to do in the morning but when it came to it, it was bloody awesome, hitting the water at like 6500 rpm i have no idea what the exact speed was i would assume it to be arround 35-45mph, hitting a wave at full speed having that minor panic attack of im gonna die as you hit it and gain ft or 2 in airtime as your arse is not touching the seat anymore. it was great fun, although going back was a pain in the arse, as it was a large group we had to ride back in single file and the idiot infront of me, decides to go side to side make in waves for me to go through making it a pain, i was so tempted to speed infront of them of course splashing them in process but also getting told off by the jet ski instructor,
this day was also the day my sunburnt skin started to peel away on my face, well one area, on my face, on my forehead the center part peeled away leaving fresh lighter coloured skin compared to the rest which was darkly tanned which made me look like i had a skin disease and also drying off from the shower also didnt help as i wouldnt up with the only way i could describe is like when people put slits in the eyebrows well i had scab slits on my forehead, it actually looked like i wiped out and scraped my forehead on shells lol,
but all in all the trip to Delaware was fun excluding the Car Ride there and back lol, also i was played this video
its a extremly annoyingly funny video while we were away the song got stuck in my head, and at various times someone would just blurt out Wheeeres the chapstick?
