if you were a waste in 2009 there's a good chance your gonna be a waste in 2010

this is just another one of those Rants, which really only becomes a pain just before or just after New Year, i put this on facebook but i think it needs to be said again,

Getting a bit tired of reading certain facebook status messages regarding 2010 being their year, if you were a waste in 2009 there's a good chance your gonna be a waste in 2010. That's right I said it!

you only used to hear this stupid phrase if came into contact with someone that would say it, however now ever since facebook has become just something you have to check every day like your email, you know get status messages of what your "friends" are doing or talking about, and everytime around new years you always get the message, along the lines of "2010 is going to be their year" and its always generally the same people that say this stupid phrase.

which leads me always question how come 2009 or previous years wasnt your years?, i was under the New Year is only by name and date, whereas the actions that take place whithin it are are up to you and in the most part in your control.

In that case i make every year my year as i dont limit myself by setting a time frame for goals for happiness and sucess which these people generally dont live up to anyway and i will find that come the end of 2010 i will be reading "2011 is going to be my year"
