well after you watched that heres the advert from Puma, it was called The Puma "Hardchorus" which was aired at half-time during ITV1's coverage of the Bolton v Spurs FA Cup match on Sunday, which of course was Valentines day...

upon further reading, the video above was sung by a group of Football fans, made up of genuine Tottenham Fans and Singers that are Football Fans, to their other halves for 14th February 2010
